It's Your Voice (PDF) - A brochure that explains how the Victim Impact Statement is used in the criminal justice process including its importance and use during court proceedings and the parole review process.

Victim Impact Statement (English) - A form provided to victims by Victim Assistance Coordinators to obtain information about the emotional/psychological, physical, and financial impact an offense has had on the victim.
