Kid's Camps

Promises for Families Foundation Summer Camp

  • June 20 - 23 - Camp Wood Lake - Brownwood, TX (girls entering grades 4-8 in the San Angelo area)
  • August 1-5 - Camp Sol Mayer - Ft. McKavett, TX (boys entering grades 4-8 in the San Angelo area)
  • Application Form

Learning plus Fun Summer Camp

  • Three-day Math and Science Camp for children entering 4th – 8th grades. Free to children with a parent in prison or a parent that has been released from prison.

Camp Good News

  • Founded and organized by the Episcopal Diocese of Texas located at Camp Allen, in Navasota, Texas and will be held June 3 - 8, 2012

G.R.A.C.E. Camp

  • A Northwest Texas Conference Camp of the United Methodist Church designed for children that have one or both parents that are incarcerated. Must be entering 4th through 9th grades

Frontier Camp

  • Frontier Camp participates in Angel Tree Camping, a program started by Prison Fellowship Ministries. For children 8 to 15. Free to children who have parents in prison

Promise Camp

  • An Outreach Ministry of the Episcopal Church in the Dioceses of Northwest Texas

Restoration Camp

  • A Youth Outreach Ministry of Lead by Faith Ministries
