mentor.
- Mature member of a good church
- Accountable and understands authority responsibility
- Family in order
- Available and committed
- Willing to learn and attend training
- Willing to take spiritual and emotional risks
- An awareness of physical risks inside and outside the unit
- An ability to confront in love
- Understands that both mentor and mentee will grow
- Be willing to cooperate with parole
- Has a knowledge of prayer and spiritual warfare
- Personal finances are in order to guide mentee with his finances
- Willing to recruit potential new mentors

A mentor can expect a mentee to assist them in
overcoming personal problems in their life.
