The Texas Department of Criminal Justice developed the Texas Anti-Gang Information Tracking (TAGIT) system to assist the TDCJ Security Threat Group Management, the TDCJ investigative officials, and Texas law enforcement agencies in tracking and investigating illegal gang activity.
