Region III Distribution Center

The Region III Distribution Center is located in Sugar Land, Texas. The warehouse has 64,000 square feet of storage space, and ships and receives goods from outside vendors and Texas Correctional Industries' facilities.

Outside vendors or shipping companies with deliveries are required to contact the warehouse staff to set up a delivery date and time. Failure to make an appointment may result in refusal of shipment delivery.

Delivery Hours
Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. - 2:00 p.m.

From Houston, Hwy 59:

Take Hwy. 59 South toward Victoria.
Pass the first two Sugar Land (business) exits.
Take the Hwy. 6 exit.
Exit to the right heading north on Hwy 6.
Drive until you get to the Hwy. Alt. 90 exit.
Exit to the right and travel to the end of the exit.
Turn left traveling westbound on Hwy. Alt. 90.
Pass the Sugar Land Airport on the right.
Travel 3/4 mile to the first traffic light.
At the light, Easton Avenue is to the left and Midway Drive is to the right.
Turn right onto Midway Drive.
Travel straight ahead on Midway Drive until you get to the warehouse.
