Pack Surplus Warehouse

The Pack Surplus Warehouse is located at the Wallace Pack Unit in Navasota, Texas. The warehouse has 28,000 square feet of storage space, and ships and receives materials from maintenance, construction and agriculture activities within the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ). The TDCJ stores obsolete fixed assets at the warehouse such as vehicles, buses, tractors, material handling equipment, and Texas Correctional Industries' equipment. The obsolete items are placed on an on-line auction for sale with Lone Star Auctioneers. Items that are sold must be picked up at the warehouse. Individuals must schedule an appointment prior to picking up auction items.

Outside vendors or shipping companies with deliveries are required to contact the warehouse staff to set up a delivery date and time. Failure to make an appointment may result in refusal of shipment delivery.

From Navasota:

Take Hwy. 6 South (approximately 4 miles).
Turn right onto FM 1227 (approximately 4 miles).
Turn left onto the unit drive and follow it to the stop sign.
Turn right at the stop sign and follow it to the warehouse.
