The Payroll Processing Department issues salary payments for approximately 40,000 employees, which is in excess of $1,000,000,000.00 annually.

All salary related personnel issues are prepared in compliance with state and federal regulations, and submitted to the Texas State Comptroller of Public Accounts for payment processing.
