The Audit and Fiscal Services section is responsible for financial and operational audits at all commissary sales locations. They prepare monthly reports for inventory variations, turnover, sales, etc. by location for management review and oversight.
One or more commissaries are located at each unit and are staffed by a manager and, based on facility size and sales volume, one or more assistants.
