The mission of the Resolution Support section of the Administrative Review & Risk Management Division (ARRM) is to facilitate the provision of constitutional access to courts services and grievance procedures to TDCJ offenders; as well as information to, and resolution of issues for, public officials and the general public through the TDCJ Ombudsman function. It is the mission of Resolution Support to provide agency resources, including training of staff, to ensure timely resolution to institutional issues at the earliest possible level.
