It is not okay if an employee while at work during his lunch hour types a report for his part-time landscaping job on his office computer.

An employee although on his/her personal lunchtime cannot use state resources such as the computer, printer, or copier for any personal use, which may include personal letters, personal e-mails, or personal research. The state property is for official state business only.
