Summary of Incident
On April 21, 1997, Fuller abducted, robbed, and murdered a 22 year old white male near Tyler. The victim was bound and blindfolded inside his Tyler apartment and driven to his bank where $300 was withdrawn from his account using his ATM card. The victim was then driven to Lake Tyler and shot three times with a .22-caliber weapon.
