How often is an offender able to receive a parole review?
Offenders receive an annual review, except those convicted of an offense under Government Code §508.149(a), Those offenders may have their reviews set off for up to five years by vote of a Parole Panel of the Board.
If a Parole Panel designates an offender as Serve All (SA), the offender will complete the sentence prior to the next anticipated review date.
