TEXAS BOARD OF PARDONS AND PAROLES
A conditional pardon is a form of clemency which requires the person to comply with conditions imposed by the Governor. A conditional pardon does not restore citizenship rights. The Governor may revoke the conditional pardon if the person fails to comply with the conditions.
