BACKGROUND: In addition to her two years on the Board, Ms. Skyrme has served 23 years in county government, including three years in Community Supervision and Corrections, and 17 years in public health administration and emergency response. She is a member of the Gregg County Medical Reserve Corps and a past board member of the Gregg County Crime Stoppers. She is a volunteer for the Longview-Gregg County Emergency Operations Center.
