BACKGROUND: In addition to seven years on the Board, Mr. Davis served 22 years in the United States Air Force in headquarters and unit level financial management and military police positions, retiring as a Lt. Colonel with medals and citations for exemplary service. He spent eight years as a sales executive in marketing and document solutions for Texas law firms. A volunteer with Child Advocates of Fort Bend County, he has been a board member of the Fort Bend Education Foundation and the 22nd Congressional District Military Academies Selection Board. A graduate of the City of Sugar Land 101 Leadership program, he has served as president of the SW59 Sunrise Rotary Club (Paul Harris Fellow) in Sugar Land, vice president of the Commonwealth Home Owners Association, and a member of the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce.
