The chart below provides the scores for each construct within the Workplace Dimensions. Scores for the constructs range from a low of 100 to a high of 500.
- Scores less than 200 indicate significant areas of concern.
- Scores less than 300 indicate more negative than positive perceptions by employees and are relative areas of concern.
- Scores above 300 indicate more positive than negative perceptions by employees and are considered relative strengths.
- Scores of 400 or higher indicate areas of substantial strength.
